Rapper T.I. was formally sentenced to a year and a day in prison today. T.I. was arrested in October of 2007 on a felony weapons charge. T.I. is expected to go to jail voluntarily within six to eight weeks but won’t make it their before May 19 due to performance obligations. However, T.I. very much impressed the court with his attitude and action turnaround since the arrest. The rapper has met and helped several humanitarian causes in Atlanta.

>> ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL We’ve seen bits and pieces of Matthew Williamson’s H&M line and here’s a video interview with him talking about the collection but now we’ve got a glimpse of the first campaign image with Daria Werbowy. Model and designer traveled all the way to Mexico to shoot what could be a studio shot, but the airtime was done for the sunlight on the Mexican beach. Grazia has behind-the-scenes pictures of the shoot with Solve Sundsbo, Daria posing on a platform of water. Matthew is also supposed to be in the campaign, but we’ll have to wait for subsequent shots to see that. [Fem, Grazia]

Ashlee Simpsona and Pete Wentz are having relationship problems due to the addition of their child Bronx Mowgli. Sources are saying Ashlee is sick and tired of Pete’s constant partying and would love for Wentz to pay more attention to domestic duties and stay home with her and Bronx. However, that isn’t in the plans of our favorite hair-done-did highlighted Pete.
