Taye Diggs is going to be a father. Taye Diggs and his wife, Idina Menzel, are expecting their first child together later this year. Taye and Idina have been married since 2003, but put off having children due to both of their hectic schedules. Idina is a Tony-award winning actress (for her role in Wicked) and records her own albums. Taye has a starring role on Private Practice with Kate Walsh.

>> Anna Wintour went to new lengths over the weekend to catch a Roger Federer match. She showed up in Miami for the Sony Ericsson Open with son Charlie Shaffer, dining with her favorite player and then taking his third round match in yesterday. But she didn’t have eyes solely for Federer: she and Charlie were out to support Andy Murray at his match Saturday. Daughter Bee Shaffer wasn’t able to join the excursion, but she was spotted out in New York last Thursday for the opening of Exit the King on Broadway.

Bill O’Reilly said he will never watch another Sean Penn movie again. O’Reilly is against Penn’s liberal political views and blames Sean for supporting Saddam Hussein when he was in power, along with other controversial leaders like Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez. O’Reilly claims it is his right as an American to not plop down ten bucks to see Sean Penn in the movie theatre. Wonder if more conservatives will take this kind of a stand against Sean?

John Mayer is done with Twitter. John recently told E! News that Twitter is just a passing phase and one he will soon abandon for something bigger and better. Oh, John! You even objectify and trivialize social networking! John’s Twitter obsession was noted as possibly one of the reasons why he and Jennifer Aniston called it quits earlier this month.
